This has been made possible through an innovation that allows the previous chocolate fats to be replaced with a new fat source called Epogee, which reduces the fat and saturated fat content by approximately 67%. With less fat, there are fewer calories. The lower calorie fats combined with other lower calorie carbohydrates have reduced the calorie count of Sweet Nothings™ to merely half that of typical candy.
The delicious chocolate-covered caramel with crisps in this product contains only 30 calories and 2g of fat per piece, making it great for all diets, including Weight Watchers (1 SmartPoint per piece), South Beach, Keto, and Atkins.
